Nalika Beach Resort - Adults Only

This place is like paradise! The only place in Bali that has BOTH sunrise and sunset! Absolutely beautiful. We spent a wonderful 10 days at Nalika and were very sad to leave. Beautiful garden, nice comfortable rooms (with own bathrooms which are open to the air, with trees inside), clean pool. Guests are treated like family and taken care of (thank you! ♡). Exceptional breakfast with amazing pancakes and fresh juices, great dinners (both indonesian and western dishes; pizza is said to be the best in Bali, and we can confirm!), drinks and the whole ambience. Massages and other service available. You can also rent a scooter and drive around! Can we go back already?

Just keep in mind there are a few stairs here and there (also to the bathroom) so no wheelchair options.

The staff is very kind and professional. The place is beautiful, the north of Bali is a paradise for having a relaxing vacations. Near the Nalika it’s possible to go snorkeling and watch dolphins. Great!

We LOVED every second of our stay in Nalika. We wanted the peace and quiet to relax for a few days so the location of Nalika on the beach away from the town and a 3hr drive from Ubud was ideal. Some other reviews give out about the quiet location but had they not looked it up beforehand? The hotel offered transfer, dolphin swimming, snorkelling and trekking options. The transfer from the airport was organised by Nalika at 800,000 (€45) which was great value and very comfortable and cheaper than grab. Sorni and Ayu who looked after us were phenomenal, they are the most attentive staff and were there for our every need. The room staff cleaned the room everyday and the rooms are big and comfortable. We had the best sleep here as the beds are so comfortable. The area is quiet so we ate in Nalika a lot also but the food is great. The breakfast includes tea/coffee, eggs, toast, fruit, it’s very good . A massive thank you to everyone there

Wowzers... I am not sure I have enough wonderful things to say about this resort!!! We had a very late arrival, but they remained staffed for us and even made us dinner at 930pm when we finally made it there! They gave us fresh magnolia flower leis upon our arrival and a cold drink! All the staff was very pleasant and helpful the whole stay. We especially loved Ayu! She was the absolute sweetest person we met the entire two weeks on the island! She helped us book excursions and massages at the resort and always had a smile and prompt service! Food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and some of my favorite memories of the trip! The pool was nice sized and clean, and I liked the tanning seat ledge it had! The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. I liked the resort had an outdoor bathroom that could be used as well. I loved just about everything at this resort, and I was extremely sad to leave. I travel a decent amount worldwide, and this location may hold my favorite overall experience spot! I am already trying to plan a return trip!

The air conditioner in the bathroom never worked, and the one in the room barely worked, but it did enough that we were never too uncomfortable. One day, a family came to do a day pass, I'm guessing, which was a little disappointing because we thought no kids were allowed here, but they were pretty good and weren't too loud.

Not the best location for a romantic walk on the beach even though the hotel is right on it. There's lots of trash (even if the hotel tries to keep it clean)

What a lovely place, super clean and very quiet. The entire staff are wonderful. You can rent onsite motorbike which is really appreciate. It’s a pure joy to ride a motorbike in the mountain in the area. Around 2 km from the hotel.

The staff was amazing! Excellent service, very kind and extremely friendly! They were helpful anytime and extremely sweet. They helped in every way needed! The staff fulfills every wish. The food was delicious. Whenever I asked for an extra, they offered it immediately. The hotel is directly on the beach! Extremely clean! We met guests who come back every year!
