All was good

Excellent location, spacious apartment. Our food orders from the bar were brought to us to eat upstairs in the apartment which we appreciated as it had been a long day. Apartment was clean and had plenty of coffee/tea. Plenty of safe parking and it was dog friendly with a nice little area by the parking lot to walk them. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Also the tv was large and had netflix.

For us the bed a and couch could have been more supportive. Both were squishy and lacked any support, especially the couch. It was not very comfortable to sit on and relax. Instead of milk packets a small pint of milk for coffee and tea would have been nicer.

I have been 3 times now and is just safe and friendly.

Lots of bugs in the room and some in the bed

Good location for train station and Hartford. Decent beer in the pub.

The apartment is overpriced. Shower in bathroom is not great. We had friends staying in the double room which seemed to be much better and better value.

Dinner was first class. Compliments to the chef.

The fan in the bedroom was quite noisy

Delightful pub and staff. The room was well decorated and comfortable with each room having direct access to the outside. Plenty of parking. I would comeback

The shower pressure was poor. The shower gel dispenser was pitiful. The TV was tiny and its operation was awful.

Really great location Staff were friendly and the rooms are actually separate to the pub a bit so it didn't feel like you were staying in a pub. Also good sound proofing. Rooms were very lovely!

It was quite cold and we couldn't get the radiators on TV didn't work - not major of course but was a bit odd Definitely need breakfast or be informed of where to go for breakfast, only thing this pub is missing is something in the mornings. They do supply tea/coffee!
