Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. The seasonal pool will be open from November to April. One child 4 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

A começar pela receptividade, equipe muito solícita, educados, dispostos! Fechamos um quarto para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 4 anos e nos colocaram num quarto amplo, e com mais uma cama extra! Colchões macios, cobertores mega quentinhos e higienizados! Tv a cabo funcionando, uma vista linda para a natureza local. A água do banheiro super quentinha, inclusive da pia, isso ajuda muito já que estamos no Sul. O café da manhã farto, tudo fresquinho. Amamos! Tem piscina e parquinho para famílias que tem crianças, meu filho adorou brincar após os cafés da manhã! A equipe nos deixa livre para acessar q cozinha em qualquer horário e utilizar os utensílios, espaço inclusive o microondas. Localizado num bairro que parecia condomínio, nobre, tranquilo/parado, mas não tivemos dificuldade nenhuma para acionar UBER, inclusive o tempo de espera não passava de 4 minutos! Perto de tudo, inclusive Gramado- pagávamos em Torno de R$11 para ir na outra cidade! Enfim, falando do hotel, recomendamos demais, sem receio para qualquer um que nos perguntar, vale muito a pena!
