The amazing view, good service, the room was good. The breakfast very good. I loved it

The TV very old and we werent able to watch TV, even thoug the maintenance guy tried to setup at the end the volumen didnt work properly. The wall separation is very thin, You can hear perfectly what is the people saying in the office next to the room. The Hot water to fill the bathtub was dirty. We werent unable to enjoy the bathtub.

The views are amazing x the food is great and the rooms were clean. Bed was great and good size.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Would really prefer that they have a website with more details & menus. An information card or something to tell me, when is breakfast? when is lunch? what is the wifi password? other basics would be nice. Don't come here if you're looking for a conveniently walkable spot, not that you really should because the property is gorgeous and if you have a quiet stay it's a great place to be. Uber everywhere, uber eats everything (but be ready for hefty delivery/service cost). The room was fine, view was INCREDIBLE. Bathroom meh and floor starting to crack, but the building is also a 100 year old plantation. Nice place to recover from a surgery but lack of info could be improved :) Pamphlets in the room would be perfect - bonus points for more history on the building.

Be prepared to provide your ID details to the host immediately. Gorgeous property. I felt like I was in Alice in Wonderland. Would definitely book again. it feels surreal and beautiful.

They should put the confirmation requirements in the listing. If not, you'll miss the request if you book something that comes up quickly, like the next day.

This hotel has an awesome views. Spectacular view in the day and night. Everyone work in the hotel was happy to help. Very friendly. Estefany, Jaquelin, Alejandro, Juan Carlos and more people give me plenty information about this gorgeous place.

The hotel needs to improve the pool and jacuzzi. Both was dirty. The pool miss tails and the jacuzzi filter looks no care for long time. The jacuzzi should be cover until someone wants to use it. The bathroom in my room 209 needs to improve the clean tails in shower and the floor too.
