"It was chaotic, due to new year eve preparations, it was loud from moving furniture between 3pm to 6 pm."

Location and food.

The service was not available during lunch time. Every staff member was involved in the new year eve event preparations, the restaurant and the bar were close for lunch. The room was great but was noise outside.

"Our room don't was cleaning in 3 days, not change the towels. The day leaving not one in Front Desk."

Very complete breakfast, fruits, American or Costarican breakfast.

But only cow milk. not almond, not soya.
