The host is very kind and humorous. so clean and good price hotel.I want to stay here again next time.Breakfast was not a bit enough.

Good location in Mieaflores - great restaurants, shops nearby. Safe neighborhood The house and the room is beautiful. Good size, very large extremely comfortable bed. Communal areas very comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The breakfast is left for you to help yourself in a lovely room. Plenty of fresh coffee and tea, juice. There is toast with delicious homemade preserves. The bread was not great quality, white sliced. Adequate but anyone from Europe would have higher expectations of bread quality and variety. We had bananas on the first 2 days. There is an abundance of great fruit in Peru and I think a more varied provision would be beneficial together wi5h a decent natural yogurt and maybe some granola

Lovely and hospitable hosts. Feels a home away from home. Couldn’t have done more to help us on our first few days in Peru. Rooms clean, cool and comfortable. Beautiful terrace / kitchen. Great value for money all around.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Beautiful art. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Perfect location in Miraflores. Good information about resturants and points of interest.

The hosts were very welcoming and kind, they made us feel right at home. We received an orientation to the property and invitation to reach out with any questions or needs on arrival. Our flight out left at midnight and we were welcomed to leave our bags there and come back to meet the taxi in the evening, so no worries about where to stow luggage. Our room had two beds, a small bathroom with shower, and a walk in closet. Beds were very comfortable. We were welcome to use the common areas, such as the dining area/kitchen and two balconies. Our room was on the third floor and it is stairs only, so travelers would want to be aware of that if they can't climb stairs. The decor was beautiful and cleanliness was excellent. Wifi worked well and was reliable. It was an excellent value. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Coffee, tea (several choices), orange juice, toast, jam, butter, and bread. A refrigerator and microwave are available to guests. I loved relaxing on the balcony during breakfast. The location was perfect for us.Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. A little under a mile to walk to the beach. A few blocks from Kennedy Park and the Peru Hop tourist office in one direction, and the Indian/Inca Market and Huaca Pucllana in the other. We were easily able to Uber to places beyond our walking distance.

I was pleased with all aspects of our stay. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Lima.

Very nice decoration in the common areas. My room was cozy and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Frank was friendly and hospitable.
