"Quiet Brew Pub Inn nestled in Georgetown South Carolina"

This charming Inn is located in the heart of Georgetown, SC's historic district. The rooms are clean. The amenities include Community TV, antique furniture, convivial hosts, true Southern Style porch perch and a unique brew pub: The First Brew Pub Inn in the Carolinas. I thoroughly enjoyed spending a few lazy minutes sharing a fine brew with the host, Joseph Baxter. Enjoy it for yourself.

What a great option in Georgetown. Starting with the beer taps in the lounge, Baxters was wonderful! Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The owners were great hosts. We will definitely stay here again! Easy walk to the restaurants on Front Street and an excellent choice for boaters staying at the Georgetown Marinas.

The guys at Baxter's run the best B&B in the area hands down! This is a repeat visit for us and could not be more pleased with our stay even in peak season when the area is fully packed! Absolutely Amazing!

Baxter is a great guide to Georgetown and obviously loves the city. The Brew and Breakfast is such a creative concept and it's an enjoyable place to stay.

This place is freakin’ fantastic! It is clean, quaint, and comfortable. You are greeted upon your arrival with a special beer that they make here! The owner/innkeeper is SUPER nice, very accommodating and even went out of his way to allow me to drop my bags off 30 mins prior to check-in. This place is one block from Georgetown’s historic Front St which has a ton of shops, restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, and museums. While I had my morning coffee I walked around the historic district that this hotel is in and admired amazing pre-Civil War homes. This is a great place and was very fun to stay at!
