Comfortable property in convenient location

Toilet seat needed replacing was in a scratched, damaged condition. The cover was not on the manhole in hallway outside bathroom, only found this the morning we left. We had wondered where the draft came from. Lots of leaves left outside back door area made access in damp conditions difficult

This is a great budget option if you don’t want to be stuck in a small motel room

The TV only had about 4 channels, the rest wouldn’t work or didn’t get picked up with the antenna and it wasn’t a smart tv so no option to cast or stream

"Great centrally located cottage to spend a few nights in Albury"

Great location. Easy walk to CBD & restaurants Great heating & electric blankets Very comfortable cottage to spend a couple of nights just needs a few tweeks.

No shampoo & conditioner supplied although there were small boxes with shower cap & vanity kit so very odd. TV needs an update - very poor quality picture with only limited free to air channels. Very poor picture for watching Tour de France. No HD. Can only turn on & off at screen. Guest folder needs updating as WiFi not current. Had to read off modem on floor.

"Great stay hope to be back again!"

Clean & tidy perfect location for us and a fully fenced yard. One hiccup with the heating was fixed swiftly by the agent couldn’t have asked for more.

More outdoor lighting would have been great under the back patio but that was it.

Very convenient location. Felt like we blended into the suburb nicely. Close to our relatives home. Spacious and comfortable, well appointed. Will definitely stay again.

Neighbour had a dog which barked when they weren't home, which is possibly something they aren't aware of?

Loved proximity to centre of town. Can walk to botanical gardens & restaurants. Very clean & homely. Easy to book. Great cooling as stayed in summer time. Excellent value for money. Everything you need for a comfy stay.
