The house presented well from the outside

This is a tired and grimy house. The furnishings in lounge area are tired and grubby. The dining area was ok, but the floor coverings are heavily stained. Many of the windows are cracked. The kitchen is ok. The two bedrooms very basic no wardrobe in main bedroom. The sleep out would be very cold If used. The back wire door is has a great big tear in it. The backyard is not properly fenced off for small dogs. The worst part was the road traffic. Made impossible to sleep

Location was good to facilities were good but

The fridge had not been clean the rubbish bin hadn't been emptied there was lint filter on the floor in the laundry and the toilet seat is losing its plastic coating

Great location close to town and very comfy beds. Great open kitchen/dining area for you to enjoy the place with friends.

Only 1 bathroom and the 3rd bedroom out the back would be very cold in winter.

We had a pleasant stay. Lovely little place very clean,comfortable and well located.
