Location and cleanliness

Poorly equipped kitchen no wardrobes to hang clothes

Nice cottage, had everything we needed. Coming from inner city brisbane, found the traffic noise wasn’t an issue as per some of the other reviews.

Some of the kitchen appliances could do with upgrading

Everything! The house itself has marvellous bones. Household provisions for guests were above average. Inside and out secure and well maintained. Walking distance to Albury Botanic Gardens and the CBD.

The road it is on had more day traffic than I had anticipated, but it was a quiet street overnight.

Comfortable stay and good location

Central location, easy onsite parking.

Bed in main bedroom needs to be a queen rather than a double bed. Needs 6 dining room chairs rather than only 4 - when we had my son and his family over for afternoon tea there weren't enough chairs.

Open space for family. Very comfortable beds. Close to CBD.

The security door at the front cannot be locked as its broken.

good location, but on a busy (for Albury) divided road. cold weather, but adequate heating.

Host communication to us was very poor. Lock box information was supposed to be sent to us on the morning of arrival. Luckily, after sending a request via Booking .com and another directly to the contact person, we found a phone number to the real estate agency handling the booking. When we called at 12:30pm, our contact pretended to be doing us a favour, but also chose to send the details of entry via phone messaging. It should not be our problem to track details of the booking.
