Tastefully decorated keeping with the theme of the house. We enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves. Daily visits from magpies were welcome and kitchen was well stocked. We just had to byo cooking oil. Large modern bathroom with bathtub. Easy check in and out with lock box. Quiet location.

We arrived to a very hot house and all 3 bedrooms had no fans or air conditioning. T We found 3 pedestal fans which we positioned to blow the living room air conditioning into the main bedroom. We did not need other bedrooms, which was lucky as the middle bedroom door didn't close properly (comes with older houses). The back door lock didn't appear secure and none of the screen doors locked.

"Old house good location"

Its a great location! And the beds are very comfy. The bathroom is nice and fairly new.

The second bedroom door wouldnt close shut and was too small (coudnt open the door fully due to the wardrobe. There was no coffee in the coffee container in the cupboard. It would be handy to have a second powerpoint in the second bedroom to have both a phone charger and side lamp to use at night. The kettle wouldnt shut off once boiled, it needed to be taken off the stand (bit dangerous, be aware). Front screen door cant be held open to bring suitcases in and out. Aircon is only in the lounge so its quite uncomfortable in summer. Double brick house holds a lot of heat. Its a very old house that desperately needs renovating. Bit of a shame.

Good location, nice and close to get into main shopping area,restaurants etc. Enclosed yard was great for our dogs.

The beds were very firm. Maybe a mattress topper would be a good idea?
