The place was comfortable, roomy, and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The area was nice and quiet and the heating was great during the cold nights. We will definitely stay here again

I was able to get the WiFi going myself, but just a note that the WiFi settings that were on the "Guest Booklet" are different to what is on the modem. Also, I found that this property was cheaper to book on the Ian Ritchie Real Estate website, and the booking.com customer service team were less than helpful in matching the best price guarantee, so I will NOT book through them again when I stay here again, I will just use the Ian Ritchie website.

Location is very convenient to Albury city centre & botanical gardens. Property was comfortable & clean

There was a reasonable amount of traffic noise which started fairly early in the morning as the property is on a busy street
