Couples Tower Isle

My Ocean view was blocked by trees

I have been to this resort three times previously, all 10/10 visits. This visit was 1/10. I wrote a letter about everything that happens to couples after the conclusion of our stay. I did not receive a response. We will not be returning a fifth time to this resort, sadly.A simple response from the hotel would have gone a long way. Them fixing the issues would have gone a long way. But we never received that courtesy. Here is what went wrong, and the manager refused to fix. 1.We were given the wrong room. After telling them we knew the room was a downgrade, they offered the difference of the two rooms in the form of a refund, $125 a night plus tax. We agreed. Four days into the trip we received not even half of what was promised as a discount. After contacting Expedia, and a lengthy conversation with their manager we were told by both places that the other person has to refund the amount. I believe expedia since we were already lied to by couples 2.They lost our rewards info, this was our 4th visit, and 17th day visiting in the last four years. We received no romance rewards. 3.We did not have air conditioning 6/8 days. Everyday we were told someone would look at it and no one did. The sixth day they offered to move rooms and so we experienced two downgrades in one visit. 4 No one informed us there would be loud construction on the bar. Others had received the option to change their trip dates. Not us I’ll say again all complaints were brought to the manager

Overall the hotel was great! 5 restaurants so you have options. Staff were amazing. Activities are close to the hotel. Plenty of activities to do at the hotel. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you.

The property was nice, the beach area was clean and very relaxing also around the pool area.

Staff was great place was super clean. Was well entertained food was great. Super place to stay in Jamaica.

Does not represent value for money. Staff were friendly but service was not up to standard

This was a great resort with excellent hospitality. Everyone there was awesome. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and I also will be staying again at this resort.

The beach here was amazing. It has soft white sand and no real risk of stepping in sharp rocks in the swim area. (One side of the beach was all rock, but the main swim area was great!) Evening restaurants were fabulous. I'm not a foodie and I have a limited taste for what I like, but I didn't have a single dinner that wasn't above expectations. Breakfast and lunch options, though, left much to be desired and the quality available at those times was hit or miss.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at Couples Tower Isle! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family—always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was outstanding with so many delicious options, whether casual or fine dining, and every meal felt like a treat. The entertainment was lively and fun, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement throughout our stay. Couples Tower Isle truly created an unforgettable experience for us. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for any couple looking for a perfect getaway!

Nice place. The hotel is old but the service is good, the food is good. People is nice.
