The resort and beach were beautiful. Staff were extra friendly and so much fun! The food and drinks were great and they had many drink options. There are activities to do daily that are included with resort fees like paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. There were beach/pool activities daily and staff were super involved and made sure to make everything fun. I’ve never returned to a resort twice, but plan to return to this one soon :)

The resort was beautiful, but the staff was the highlight of our trip. Deon and Jason made our days even more fun! Rooms were elegant and comfortable and the staff cleaned our rooms daily. A week was not long enough to stay at such a wonderful place. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful resort. Perfect for folks our age (early 40s). Plenty to do without being huge. Easy access to off resort activities also.

My boyfriend and I’s first time at this hotel and it was a 10/10 experience. We had our own transportation to the hotel but everything after check-in was great. Check-in was easy and fast. The rooms were clean and tidy with a great pool/ocean view, iron, safe, water, mini bar, coffee/tea section, and a big bathroom. The workers were very nice and always greeted us with a smile. There were a lot of activities ranging from water sports, karaoke, sing-alongs, pool activities, jewelry making/tie dye classes, etc. The food was good, fast service, and the bar was good. Sometimes the drinks weren’t as strong and tasted more like just juice but not complaining. Overall, would definitely recommend Couples Tower Isle to everyone! One love

Let me start by sharing that the staff were wonderful and this is not a reflection on them. But the carpets were gross, there was a pervasive smell of bananas everywhere, the doors were dirty, the mirrored elevators were full of fingerprints. The food was a 6 at best. The photos in the profile and website are manicured and not a true reflection of the condition of the hotel.

The staff were very accommodating, dining was excellent, i saw two roaches in my room, pretty disappointed. Also, going for breakfast along the hall, i saw dog droppings on two of my days staying at the hotel.
