Couples Tower Isle

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The late night restaurant ran out of a lot of food and the 8 rivers restaurant was HOT. Required pants for men so dinner was very uncomfortable.

The commute to and from MJB is BRUTAL...When I booked the room I paid for the upgraded most expensive room because it was my wife's 40th birthday. It claimed to be a walk-out suite facing the Sea...instead it was a room overlooking the drive-up area/Parking lot on the 4th floor. Basically no beverages in the room fridge, when I reguested 6 Red Stripe an hour later they brought up the Red Stripe and they were 90 degrees. When we went downstairs and requested a bottle of Vodka for the room or some Rum they said they had NO clear Liquor on the property on Saturday July 5th my wifes birthday. Fortunately after my was in tears a Manager showed up and sat down and had food brought to our table and ate dinner with us and by the end of dinner had a bottle of Vodka delivered to the table for us to take to the room. Lamar was a ROCK STAR and saved the moment!!! The remainder of our trip was uneventful and the food was AMAZING during our stay. The return trip to the airport was BRUTAL!!! The driver's were driving like LUNATICS at 70 MPH 2 inches from the vehicles in front of us. Fortunately we made it safely to and from the resort

The A/C did not seem to be working at the resort. Even in our rooms it often felt cooler outside. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and my back hurts. The view was great and the food was decent.

Got married here and had the most amazing wedding. The wedding staff via emails and on site are the absolute best! They did everything they could to help me (limited mobility), and to help make sure it was the best wedding. We had a violinist and it was truly magical. We aksobdid a private twilight cruise and it wasnt as expensive as you might think and it was worth every penny! The staff was so much fun and very informative. Again, they helped us make sure we had the best time possible. I'm in a wheelchair and have a lot of pain, so I couldn't do a lot of activities. The property is better than its sister sites, but still isnt super handicap friendly. There is no way to get down to the beach except by stairs. So I only made it down the once to get married. Everything else was able to be reached by ramp. The shuttle was 2 hours from Montego Bay. So make sure to plan accordingly. They have their own shuttle, which is great. They do have a "lounge" in the airport when you arrive... its just a room with chairs. The snacks were some trail mix granola bars and salty banana chips. But its just whwre you wait for the shuttle. Overall it was an amazing trip and if I would recommend it to anyone eloping or on their honeymoon!

The property is beautiful, you walk in and you feel a breeze that’s just amazing. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was pretty big and the shower felt good, there was always hot water. The food was 8/10, there were times it was cold but the taste was always on point.

Couples Tower Isle always impresses.

Our second trip to Couples Tower Isle. Was there is 2003 and went back for our 25th wedding anniversary. Great, great entertainment. There was something different every night and winding down in the sing-a-long piano lounge capped off each night with a few chocolate martinis. There was a nice card congratulating us on our anniversary with a bottle of champagne. I did have an allergic reaction to something, but that’s on me not knowing what caused it because I was eating a lot. I didn’t try anything out of the ordinary, but all it takes is one bite. We stayed 5 nights, and only left the resort once for a bamboo raft tour. You will enjoy the entertainment, food, and people. Oh by the way couples has a lounge at the airport while you wait for your transport to the resort, so you can relax and grab a beer, water, or soda. Yea mon!

We love the property. The staff was amazing and the excursions the resort offered. There are two restaurants you have to make reservations and the food was great. Very relaxing.
