We enjoyed our stay at Couple Tower Isle, lovey, well kept property. Great food, and exceptional service. Pools a & beach never out of lounge or seating. Loved the ambiance. 2 areas of improvements - property needs more signage, eg. no signs noticed at restaurants and spa area, Also Entertainment Team could get the guests involved in daily activities..games etc.

Our oceanfront room view was amazing. We were on the 5th floor which we loved except that our elevator was broken. The first several days was ok because we were able to get to the 4th floor by elevator and only walk one flight of stairs but the last day we had to walk all 5 flights. We loved all the included excursions. We did the snorkeling, catamaran cruise and glass bottom boat. I would have loved to do the scuba diving but we didn’t this time around. The staff was very nice, welcoming and made you feel well cared for and accommodated. The coffee shop was good. We enjoyed our frappe made just the way we liked it. The restaurants were good but 2 of them closed each night leaving only 2 other options and 2 require reservations and have a formal dress code enforced. Also, the buffet was made into a partial service at night meaning you got your own soup, salad and dessert and then order from the menu for the entree and sides. Our mini bar was not stocked when we got there. We informed them and later that evening it was still not stocked. The next day they stocked it but not with the items (juices and sodas) we requested. Overall, the stay was great and we love the staff, inclusive amenities, and the quietness of the adult only resort. We would stay again if we are able to come without kids. One other thing, make sure you keep your key away from your phone because twice ours stopped working after walking and climbing all the stairs.

The staff was very friendly, catered to your every need, made the stay very enjoyable. The food was overall very good. Drinks were excellent, do not skimp on the pour.

The property is well kept just the room furniture would do well with an upgrade.

This was our first all inclusive vacation. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved access to all the watersports, entertainment, attention to detail and most importantly friendliness of your staff. We felt welcomed by everyone. It was an amazing experience! We will be back!

This property was very clean and beautiful. It’s great for the older crowd and younger crowd. My fiancée and I had a great time here. The buffet was a little underwhelming but they have another place where you can order almost all day and that was pretty good. And all the restaurants were great. I was a little disappointed that the island isn’t for everyone. It is a completely nude island and I didn’t know that before booking. I’m still glad I booked this place and I would revisit despite the island not being available to us.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. This hotel has breathtaking views, lovely staff and environment. They also provide transfers from both airports. The hotel is smaller than other larger resorts.more intimate feeling.one con to this property is that the rooms need updating. Plenty effort is needed on these room to make it more modern. Alll in all enjoyed my stay

Very very dated property. The bathroom shower floods the entire bathroom, air conditioning barely worked. Room had ants. Made reservations at Bayside and they wouldn’t seat us claiming we needed a paper to sit for dinner but we weren’t given one at the front desk when reservation was made while there were more tables open than sat. The drinks were tough to get down, they would just over pour. With all the resorts to stay in Jamaica I would not recommend this one especially for the upscale cost.
