Staff was great

The staff was friendly but the excursion ppl told us we would go on a twilight package and they were one hour late so the 3 hour excursion turned to two hours and no buffet and drinks as promised and no shopping either it felt rushed. They charged us $600 for our group.The resort does not include unlimited massages and the excursions included are limited. The restaurant experience was not the best it took us 2 hours to get our food, reservations were at 7:45 and we didn’t get our food til 10:00. The rooms were outdated but clean and staff were friendly.

Beautiful property right on the beach. Only downfall was the whole resort closed down at 11pm. If you want to rest and chill its perfect.

Food was not true to the culture ate off property

Just book it. And makr sure you go to yhe island the vibes are immaculate

I had an amazing time, everything was perfect- the food, the rooms, the people. I’m already planning a return trip.

Upon arrival the staff were overtly pleasant and accommodating - truly making guests feel welcome and cared-for. Dining were excellent, every meal was at least “good” or better. We realized the best tips came from conversations with other guests who perhaps a day or three earlier learned a different part of the all-inclusive way to do it. To note if traveling to Jamaica in June: wind and/or weather WILL cause outings to be cancelled. Learn to pivot, play a game at the pool, and try something new from the bar. The property is clearly older, but has a certain bygone era charm.

Private and secluded when you wanted it to be. With plenty of fine dining options and activities

service was great, terry ann was on top of all your meal needs. tennis lessons were great.
