Service was appalling. Unprofessional. Was falsely accused of smoking in the room and therefore they did not return my security deposit which I was relying on for my next night of accommodation so I had to sleep on the streets of Perth in the cold. Also the night before hand my sister and I felt very unsafe. The room key stopped working and locked us outside for 5 hours. The worst part was that I tried to make contact to the accommodation after hours and nobody answered our call. The room smelt like cigarettes when we arrived and we were penalised for it. Disgusted and saddened will never stay again. Nothing was disclosed on booking.com about security bond in the first place then I had to forfeit it because of false accusations. Very unhappy.

Booked this hotel only to find out at checking in it was a extra $380 for a deposit that I may not even get back. The man on reception was rude, arrogant and unreasonable. Definitely pay the extra for a better accommodation. The place is very rundown and not a great location. We ended up having to find a night elsewhere as we didn’t feel safe enough to have our kids here or our car. Definitely research a different option
