I had someone knock on my room door 9 times between the hours of 5pm and 11:30pm, despite the dodgy sign on my door saying that there’s a sleeping baby in the room and that I’m a new guest- which was off putting in its self. So we didn’t sleep and left at 5am before the junkies we’re out in the halls Very messy, untidy and dirty, there were roaches in the room, the hot water took 20 minutes to come through and the draw fell apart when I went to open it. There was a $300 bond that wasn’t mentioned before booking, he asked for payment once I was booking in and had already paid online. I don’t know what goes on here but it is so dodgy that it wouldn’t surprise me if something illegals going on I felt very unsafe in this hotel!

Ease of access. Availability for a companion animal without the fuss (ie. Price). Smoking areas and lighting, so clean given the beautiful age of the property, was thoroughly impressed.

Parking spaces although not allocated can be tight for a large vehicle

Toilet didnt flush, tea/coffee and sugar old and stale, doors to cupboards hanging of, very basic rooms with under basic amenities,, car park covered in rubbish and drug baggys, walls paper thin, water pipes running around your head while in bed. unhelpful staff with hidden costs. The place is the most over priced place ive stay in Perth. Dont recommend

The family is amazing nothing to complain about friendly excellent customer service service and they care about their customers

I liked everything at the property. It’s a great environment friendly safe for families and kids.
