Dirty place overall, beds were rock hard, the amount of bogans and crackheads was a bit concerning.

The property was extremely dirty, and old Not safe to stay in I booked a 7 night stay and didn’t stay there for one night and I didn’t feel safe the property refused to refund me my money and will not give me back my deposit

There was lots of dubious characters around the building I would not recommend this property the staff are rude not not helpful

We stayed at this property in Perth for 3 weeks. At check-in, we were asked to pay an additional 700 AUD on top of the amount already paid. Around 400 AUD of this was linked to services that were either not functional or not as advertised: the swimming pool was in poor condition with visible rats, there was no on-site security present despite being listed, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. As a result, we had to rely on our own mobile data and top up our phone plan earlier than expected, incurring extra costs. The remaining 300 AUD was held as a security deposit. At check-out, we were asked to leave a positive review in order to receive the deposit back. We felt significant pressure in this situation, which raised serious concerns about the transparency and professionalism of the process. We also contacted Consumer Protection regarding the matter, but no resolution was achieved. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and several key services were not provided as expected.
