Great location on New Haven and a short walk from main train station. Lovely friendly staff. Goodl big comfortable room and good shower. Good AC also. Hotel was clean and in great conditon.

Other guests were a bit noisy due to number of room doors being very close to each other at the end of corridors but not a massive deal.

When I checked in, the receptionist asked me to pay an additional USD 50 because I arrived two hours before the official check-in time. Considering that I was already paying USD 250 per night for a room that normally costs around USD 150 per night, I found this request unreasonable. Fortunately, her colleague was much more understanding and kindly allowed me to check in without any extra charge.

The rooms weren’t very clean. Things had a “sticky” feel to them. The shower ran hot and cold.
