New Haven Hotel

Stay anywhere else but here! This hotel is gross. Looked good when we first walked inside, but will never go back. The manager named Mike takes zero ownership of anything that goes wrong. Violates every rule of good management and customer satisfaction. The only reason anyone would say here is because they need to be in New Haven and the other hotels are sold out. Absolutely stay away from this hotel!!!!

I booked four rooms — in only two were the A/C units powerful enough to cool the room

I wanted to write to say how helpful the front staff was. We had 3 rooms booked and wanted to have 2 of them connect and they did that for us. We paid for parking but my niece's pickup truck would not fit in the garage - they let us park on the side of the hotel. My niece went down to get something to drink and they even gave it to her for free. We wanted extra towels and it was in our room so quick. They went above all expectations. The hotel was clean and neat and we are very happy we picked this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. The front desk there were 2 different ladies who helped me and they were both great.

Very convenient short walk to Yale campus. Near restaurants and coffee shops. Price was good compared to other hotels. Gym was perfect for my needs. Coffee in lobby in the morning was nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable.
