Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Washroom divided in 2. Very high step to get into either side without a step. Very poor lighting in whole unit. No reading at night. Street noise every night till 2 or 3 am. Taco cart was. Very noisy. If not chopping ingredients, they were throwing plastic bins. Two weeks with minimal sleep. No handrails on steps was a concern to me.

Bed clothes not suited to weather. No place to sit No window for fresh air

This hotel is in a great location a couple of blocks from the center. We spent 7 days here. Hotel was very clean and our room -king studio-was very spacious. King bed was comfortable. 2 overhead fans kept the air circulating. We were provided with extra blankets and a heater neither of which we needed. Bottles of water were left daily as were lots of clean towels. Magalena, the receptionist, was priceless. She answered all our questions and tried to solve any problems we encountered.The lighting is extremely poor in the room making it near impossible to read in bed.We were provided with a bedside lamp that helped somewhat. A taco truck parked outside our window playing music and partying all night. Closing the shutters helped somewhat but still extremely noisy. On our last day Magalena presented us with a bottle of wine and 2 glasses from the hotel. Lovely gesture.The good surpassed the problems in this hotel and we would stay here again.

Better lighting a must. Sink in king studio needs an upgrade.

La finca no es muy bonita pero esta bien. La gente que allí trabaja sonriente... La habitación tenía un extraordinario tamaño y distribución para nuestras necesidades con 3 camas matrimoniales grandes. El precio fue bueno comparado con otras de una ubicación tan cercana al centro de San Miguel. Los contras fueron que para mantener fresca la habitación había que abrir la ventana que daba justo arriba de un puesto de tacos que trabaja hasta que sale el sol literalmente por lo que pasamos un largo rato escuchando conversaciones de trasnochadores. Nunca salió agua fría y para todos eso fue incómodo al bañarnos....las lámparas de mesa no estaban conectadas aunque las televisiones, 2, tenían Netflix incluido y el internet funcionó muy bien...

La habitación descuidada, se sale el agua del lavabo y las sábanas viejas y con manchas
