the location is FABULOUS!!!!! a 10+

no kettle in the room to make coffee. the wonderfully comfy bed is up too high; I didn't like having to climb into it and slink out of it. the fridge was so cold it froze my fruit.

Clean and reasonably priced. The restaurant on the property was a plus!

No breakfast, apart from the cafe downstairs with a very limited choice. Rooms quite small coffee machine water or kettle.

Location is good but parking cost $55.00 cross street. One manager was good but rest are unfair and did not tell us the truth regaing We respectfully request that hotel management conduct a thorough investigation into these incidents, including: Reviewing all electronic key-card access records for our room. Reviewing all available security camera footage from the hallways and service areas. Determining who entered our room and at what times. Explaining why our occupied room was accessed more than once. Locating our missing Bloomingdale's Outlet shopping bag and my missing shirt. Providing a written explanation of your findings and the corrective actions the hotel will take to ensure this does not happen again. We trusted your hotel to safeguard our privacy and belongings. Instead, we experienced repeated unauthorized access to our room and the disappearance of our personal property. This experience has caused us considerable stress and has significantly affected our confidence in your hotel's security procedures.

Good morning. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding two serious incidents that occurred during our one-night stay at your hotel on Saturday, June 20, 2026. We chose your hotel because we trusted the Hilton brand to provide a safe, secure, and professional experience. Unfortunately, what occurred during our stay has left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the security and privacy of your guests. Shortly after checking into our room on Saturday, June 20, my wife and I left the hotel to have lunch and shop at the Bloomingdale's Outlet. When we returned to our room later that afternoon, we discovered that someone had entered our room without our knowledge. Our hearing aid charger and the sandwiches we had left in the room were missing. We immediately reported the matter to the Front Desk Supervisor on duty, Ms. Genesis Vadiz. She came to our room, confirmed that our belongings were missing, and conducted an investigation. Hotel Did not give us correct answer who entered our room between 6:00pm till 10:30pm and stole our Bloomingdate Outlet bag and one of my shirt from our room besides previously they entered and took Hearing Aid charger and our food from our room.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff.

Room was too cold. When turning the AC off, the AC noise continued. But the front staff helped me get another room. Gym was also very cold.
