"We enjoyed the location the most."

The location was great. The staff was kind and friendly.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable for our party. There was a slightly unpleasant odor in the room that never really went away.

The location was central to everything that we needed

The room was more compact than expected. Aimed more at professionals than holidaymakers. Coffee was to be purchased at the cafe in the hotel. The roof top bar was showing the football, great for guests especially in the heat but then they had two private events on which left little space and no seating for guests to watch the football and we were asked to stand at the bar. Another time Went to the bar for drinks to be told there were servers however she attended tables on either side of us and asked if everything was okay and ignored us the whole time. Found that disappointing when we had paid for the facilities at the hotel. Not the standard we would expect from a Hilton related hotel.
