Good location, convenient parking across the street.

Room is really small, fine for a business trip/ one person stay.

So. Noisy. People screaming and yelling to each other in hallways . Could hear things dropping upstairs like sleeping under bowling alley. Pillows very uncomfortable/hard.

Really loved how modern and nice everything was and felt. Even though the room is small it’s so cozy and feels really comfortable since it’s so modern and put together well and has the nice big windows. I really enjoyed that actually even more than some bigger hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The cafe was so great to have and that it opened early since I had to be at work at 7.

Everything was great except I was really disappointed to see there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room and when I asked the front desk it wasn’t an option either to ask for one. I had to buy supplies to make coffees in my room for when I woke up and that kind of through me off for it feeling like a nice well appointed hotel. I’m sure it is mentioned somewhere but even so I think it’s something the hotel should add to rooms or have some on hand for people.

I booked a complicated block of nine rooms that needed some adjusting for my business. Basically, Hilton didn’t attach loyalty to all nine rooms in the backend of my booking. Holland in guest services was a rockstar editing the whole block, she was incredible and was happy to help!
