Really lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The rooms and bathroom are also well equipped. I really liked the bar area and their signature scent in the lobby area. The café next door is great.

This hotel is conveniently situated just off Union Square offering easy access to public transport. The friendly staff and excellent amenities, including lovely toiletries and a Nespresso machine, make it a great choice. The rooms are also decent sized and comfortable with charming character. It’s also connected to a fantastic coffee shop that opens at 6am. I highly recommend the Cable Car ride from Powell to Hyde but arrive early to avoid the queues.
