Wow!! Where do I begin? In a world where service standards are slipping and the little things are so frequently overlooked, Hotel Emblem is a breath of fresh air. Gitanjali the Lead Front Desk Agent made us feel so welcome before we even stepped through the doors, accommodating and moving our reservation after my partner got sick despite us missing the cancellation window. When we arrived she was so gracious at the front desk, and coordinated with my girlfriend to arrange a surprise bottle of champagne in our room upon arrival. The location serves as a perfect jumping off point to see many of the main attractions in the city. At Hotel Emblem you are a stone’s throw from nice restaurants and transportation hubs to reach any part of town. We could not have had a better stay. My girlfriend and I want to extend a huge thank you to Gitanjali and the rest of the team.

No desk in my room for work. The coffee machine was in a wardrobe that wasn’t lit, so difficult to operate.

Great hotel, has a lot of character. Love the literary theme. The room was super comfy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything you could need!

Very old building with original 1907 moldy windows. Building has been remodeled but still has lots of old parts in disrepair such as bathroom ventilation and exterior is peeling off. Don’t stay there if you’re allergic to mold.

Immediate impact and warmth of the reception staff.... felt at home straight away. Lovely and stylish room, superb bed. Great bar to unwind at the end of each day - complimentary sangria too. Perfect location to explore and connect with transport.
