Chakas Cove

Great location and close to the beach.

We had a lovely stay overall. The views are absolutely stunning and the location is fantastic... really well situated and easy to get around. The open-plan entertainment area is a highlight, making it a great space to relax and spend time together. The bathrooms are quite small, but still perfectly functional. We were a bit disappointed that the washing machine and tumble dryer shown in the photos were locked and not available for use... it seems they may be intended for housekeeping only. That said, the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything seamless. Communication with the owner was also excellent... we had an issue with the dishwasher, but after sending a quick message, it was sorted out promptly. The property could do with a bit of a refresh and some minor maintenance, like a fresh coat of paint, to bring it back to the standard shown in the photos. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement.

Close proximity to the beach, albeit a very steep incline to get there. It was a lovely place, beds were comfortable, aircon is a fantastic benefit.

We had stayed in this complex the year before and were happy with its overall location, views over the sea and sunrise, pool, etc. but we stayed in another flat and expected a similar experience. The good thing about this one is it has 3 rooms.

The flat is a bit run down and unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working properly in one of the rooms, mostly blowing hot air despite us trying to modify the mode etc. and the other 2 rooms also get very hot during the day as we had to keep the windows closed due to monkeys, but the air-conditioning is not able to properly cool the rooms down at night.

The unit was well appointed with all the things one could want. It was well situated, easy to get to and central for access to the beach. Great views. We had a lovely time. The hosts were accessible and made everything easy for us.

Nothing - we enjoyed our short stay.

Magnificent view, so close to the beach, Salt Cafe at the doorstep with excellent coffee and croissants, amazing and spacious balcony, fast wifi, swimming pool, peace at the venue (no loud people, no loud music :)), great communication from the host.
