Stairs to reach the 1st floor - disadvantageous for old people who needs assistaance for mobility, pwds, or those with plenty of luggage as you need tonhaul it up the stairs to reach level 1

As we arrive in the lobby, the guard of the establishment exceptionally accommodating as he assists us to find a massage therapist nearby for room service. Kudos to Kuya Guard!

Had a great trip experience from Bantayan island and ended up in Mactan to stay for a night before we fly back to Manila. Unfortunately, all of this was overshadowed by the disappointment during our stay here in the Ania units. We were most displeased to find so many problems. Should we say "Expectation vs. Reality," the photos sent by the host the same day prior to our arrival did not match our expectations, upon confrontation he admitted that they were outdated as t'was misunderstandings anyway. The room has quite a bit of dust, cobwebs, and debris on the bed, there are no towels and we need to inform the host to provide them. The refrigerator, and the microwave smell so bad as we think not ideal for our food as this is a harbor for bacteria, the air-con in the other room is not functioning properly, and the blanket is useless. The CR is filthy, and the shower floor feels slimy when we step on it, requiring us to wear slippers (see photos). As a host of our trip with my peers, the first time made me feel mortified by their dissatisfaction. The service at this establishment should hopefully improve to make sure these privately-owned units are maintained satisfactorily.

i booked for 4 persons . when we arrived , the room was not prepared . there was even a poop in the bathroom , there’s no bedsheets , they want us to wait a little bit so they can prepare the room ! we’re sooo tired that time , arrived at 10 pm and rooms not ready ? not clean ? they transferred us to a different room but same , there’s no bed sheets , floors looked never vacuumed from the last time it was used .

we booked this stay and because there is no reception we had to await check in details from the host. They never sent it to us after trying to call and messages numerous times meaning we had to waste more money on a new stay. We then tried to cancel to which they denied the request so they obviously knew we were trying to contact them but rudely ignored us. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

It’s our first tome to stay there but so annoying. 1. Upon check-in, there’s no receptionist, only the guard entertained us. The guard asked us if we have booking, then he was checking my name on the list, and he said you can get your key there at the box. (Very strange). 2. The door is very hard to open & close. We had a hard time in opening the door due to obsolete key. (Very old version of the key). 3. When we entered the room, we were surprise the unnecessary materials use for cleaning (please refer the pictures). We were so angry because they put us at the storage room. When 4. No free bottle of water. 5. No free toiletries (even shampoo and soap) but our bathroom there were shampoo and soap there but we didn’t use them. 6. The aircon at the living room is not working. 7. No telephone inside to call for an emergency need. 8. The blanket is very thin and good for 1 person only. So, since we were 2 with my friends, I let my friend use the blanket and I don’t have blanket. 9. Only you can do is to order food from food panda because its far from the stores. 10. The phone number from their website didn’t always ring and nobody’s answer my call instead I just want to inform them for our later check-in. They cannot even receive text messages. 11. The guard don’t have any contacts for taxi. We need to walk going to the highway just to find taxi. 12. I don’t want to recommend this.
