Clean and good value for money.

There was a missed communication between the owner. We asked Him a huge favor if we can keep the luggage because our Ferry to Bohol leaves very very early in the morning. In the beginning he allowed us to leave our 2 luggage in the unit. He didn’t get back to us long time so need to purchased another day with our existing hotel. The accommodation he has, the bathroom sink is Filthy from the people that used it before. You can see the mark of toothpaste and water streaked. It’s nasty.

They should clean it before the other guest arrive.

Just before going to sleep I checked the balcony doors to confirm they were locked. I found that the lock had been removed and there was no way to secure the room. The balcony was very close to the ground floor, and easily accessible. I complained to the front office that put me on to a manager on the phone. The manager was not very accomodating. He admitted there was damage by a previous renter, but he hadn’t fixed the doors yet, but he chose to rent out the room (222) anyway. I wanted a refund, but he said he couldn’t provide one and hotels.com would have to process the refund. We left the premises at around 10pm and checked into another hotel through hotels.com

The toilet was smelly when we checked in, we didn't have water inside, the room was small i did not book for that room it was not like that in booking
