Chill in Tuscany

Clean and convenient.

Great host, modern amenities, super location, delicious fresh croissants for breakfast.

Steep stairs to get to the second floor where Chill in Tuscany is located but the host carried up my suitcase.

Breakfast was served by our host Andrea. Fresh pastries and delicious coffee, accompanied by a friendly chat about plans for the day. Andrea was helpful in offering suggestions about where and what to visit!, methods of transport etc. The location was ideal. Everywhere just a few minutes walk from the accommodation and in one of the quieter parts of the city.

Unfortunately the two flights of steep steps was a struggle with our suitcases and so not for people with mobility issues. But the advantages and benefits of the apartment far outweighed this inconvenience.

Although my time in Pisa wasn't up to standard, the room was certainly fine for an evening. The bathroom was detached which did cause some confusion on who was to use it. I would say the check in process could be a little clearer.

We had the large double room which was spacious and very comfortable. The location is brilliant for exploring all Lucca has to offer. Andrea the host is very friendly and has lots of information about things to do, although there is no breakfast to book Andrea brings pastries each morning and makes your coffee/tea for you. The communal area is for all to use to make drinks or snacks.

Just be aware there are two flights of stairs up to the property😅 😃but that would not stop us staying here again.

Spotless, quiet room. Very good location within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and main sites, (and only 40 m from a launderette, which I needed). Great room and good power shower. Useful information about sites worth visiting. Flexible about leaving luggage early and picking it up late.

Steep steps up to 2nd floor entrance - not a problem for me, and apparently ground floor rooms available in another nearby building. No breakfast provided as such, but coffee machine and capsules for use any time and Andrea brought croissants around 8.30. I was too late to book single room, so paid a little more than budgeted for double, which was, however, very nice.

Great location, comfortable and clean. Great kitchen area and provided coffee and danishes daily.
