Chill in Tuscany

The location was perfect! The room had a clean environment. It was perfect if you were a minimalist and I am not.

There were many steps if you were carrying heavy bags. The step lights were none. Therefore, when I left to carry my luggage, it went extremely slow in order not to fall. The B&B kept costs in mind when renovating. Its design is superb. However, they cut corners to gain a bigger profit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming pension! The room was incredibly stylish and tastefully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. There's a small kitchen nearby where you can enjoy delicious coffee and sweet pastries for breakfast – a perfect start to the day. The host is incredibly charming and helpful, always making sure you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lucca, with all the major attractions within walking distance. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. The host also offers great restaurant recommendations and will happily make reservations for you upon request. I can't recommend this place enough!

The property was clean & comfortable & in a great position. Andrea was brilliant & even provided breakfast on each morning. The check in process was a breeze, very very easy.

The room was of a very high standard. It was kept clean by staff every day. The kitchen area was very useful. We enjoyed using the facilities. Andrea kindly supplied fresh croissants and fruit juice every morning.

The main entrance door and stairway didn’t reflect the quality of the room where we stayed. It could do with repairing, cleaning and repainting.

The room was perfekt, clean and spacious. In perfect walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and friendly. I would love to come back!!

The accommodation is in the perfect location in Lucca, right in the centre of the town and close to everything. Access is super easy with a keycard and the rooms are very modern and clean with excellent amenities. Andrea as a host was amazing. He is a wonderful guy and extremely helpful and friendly with great communication.

The ONLY thing if I was nitpicking would be that the windows in our room (3) were not very soundproof and some evenings can be a bit noisy.

Andrea was very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were modern and clean. There was air conditioning and a lovely shower.

Probably just the stairs leading up to it so if you’re not good with stairs this may not be the best place to stay but everything else is really nice.

Clean & tidy . Great location. Excellent host, very informative. Left croissants every morning with juice, tea & coffee. All free of charge.
