The view of the Matterhorn

The location from town, no mention on the website regarding the long and steep walk to the property. Attention to detail, did not have a proper bed, only a pull down bed or a secondary sofa bed. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work properly, no welcome pack or a few single portions of milk to have a coffee on arrival. Poor lighting and most of wall switches did not seem to do anything.

The place and location was good, cleanliness.

Less no. of utensils for cooking, dish washer and exhaust was not working. One window lock was broken. The bed need some repairing.

Wonderful chalet that allowed us to book several rooms to stay with friends. Large living/dining space allowed for us to have enough space to spread out. Well-stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and cooking utensils. We love having the pool in the basement for our young song. Amazing ornate details throughout - a bit outdated, but makes for a great ski chalet. Tons of storage space for gear/clothing. Great location that is within a 10-15 minute walk to the lifts or into town, and not too far from the bus stop.

The dishwasher was a bit broken - we had issues with it also a few years ago. The drainage in the upstairs single bathroom is also not excellent and could be improved.

The space, the facility and the pool

Facilities (pool and Ski/Boot room) were a lovely addition. The kitchen had everything you could need which made making meals very convenient. Everything was clean and we were provided ample towles.

Location was a bit of a pain to get to. Had to walk up 2 MASSIVE slopes, but it was good exercise. We slept on a Murphy bed which wasn't very comfortable. The pillows were poor quality.

I will want to thank you for warm acomodation in kisseye chalet, everythig was a perfect, inclouding apartment furnish is completely with everything what you need inclouding raclet and fondue things. The view is incredible and the heated pool design I never see before, I wish recomend everybody to stay in this chalet, is like a dream. Thank you for everything.

This was a wonderful property. Pictures are very accurate to listing and everything was clean and accessible. Views are incredible and the building was very quiet.
