The responsiveness of LivMTL team is impressive, They replied to each of our inquiry in no time and have provided a very useful support each time. The ease of accessing the apartment made it even a better experience. Moreover, the apartment was very clean and well fitted with all kind of amenities. Even dishwasher tablets, soap for laundry machine.... Praticaly we felt quickly at home.

The only aspect that was not up to the expectation was the street noise. That during some nights made it a bit unconfortable.

Pictures on booking site very misleading. Room on third floor, no lift ( did not know until arrived). Room dark - single window facing wall ( booking page showed two with view). No real storage for clothes ( one small and one smaller clothes rail only). Not in great condition - smoke alarm falling from ceiling, window frame damaged.

It had everything that we needed. The location was good. There is a popular club across the road that attracts a lot of people in the early hours. We didn’t hear any of it.

AC is only in the living areas but standing fans made the bedrooms habitable. Only stairs to get to the apartment.

Cool layout with the loft above the kitchen (although a privacy curtain would be a good idea). The bed was super comfy and the place had everything we needed for self-catering.

The location can be a bit noisy but we were lucky with an apartment that was set back from the square. There is a parking lot nearby, but is a little expensive and competitive to get a spot.

The windows of the room overlooking the street next to two nightclubs. The noise was all night until five in the morning. There is no parking, dirty streets and a lot of garbage around the hotel.

We parked in the paid parking garage on 33 Rue Milton. It’s pretty close.

On Saturday and Sunday morning that paid parking garage on 33 Rue Milton doesn’t open till 11am so if you need your car the next morning before 11am, find alternative parking.

Don't trust the photos. - one bed was on a mezzanine accessible via a ladder, and the fence up there was very loose, which is not safe at all. - room with small dome of natural light, with no blinds/curtains. - only stairs - no parking

Great location. Well-equipped apartment and, above all, very clean.

A wardrobe for clothes would be useful.
