- non English speaking staff - Unclean - No toilet paper - Red ants all over my bed - Unsociable - Freezing cold rooms - Dripping aircon which dripped all day & night creating a flood in the room - Does not look anything like the photos online - No atmosphere - There is no ‘cafe’ it is a Barron, dilapidated coffee shop on the ground floor collecting dust - No hot water - Loud at night - Claustrophobic beds - No proper space to leave your bags - Wi-Fi only exists in the lobby - Cramped living space - Next to the road so very noisy at night - Dirty, reused blankets - Left early as we disliked it so much - I never leave reviews but I thought for the price we paid we should warn other travellers not to go near this hostel. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

The shared room is spacious and clean (locker outisde the room).

The showers are not optimal.

Location near center and facilities is great. Possibility to book tours at reception is nice. Staff was friendly but spoke little English.

The property doesn't match what is described on booking on a lot of grounds. The restaurant (from which all the nice coffee photos are coming) doesn't exist anymore. The common areas as described on booking(garden, Terrace and game room) do not exist. There is only a lobby with one table and four bean bags. Also the hostel is not smoke free, there are ashtrays in all hallways and in the lobby, the smell was horrible at times. Also, everything was very dirty. Bathrooms and lockers were full of rust and tarnish. I found someone else's used towel in my locker when i opened it. The bed linnen was full of stains, there where spider webs and a lot of dust. My friend found ants in her bed. Would not recommend going here, especially considering the price
