1.location

1 .We were two persons in the room. Thre was only one standard cup for coffee in the room. When I asked reception for a cup at 8pm. She said she can do so at 11pm. 2.The bath area was messy with a curtain. 3. Towels were not up the mark.

"Great location for exploring Bern!"

The location was perfect for exploring the town. Easy to trams and buses but also incredibly walkable to many of the sites. Really loved Bern and being at this hotel made it easy to explore.

The bathroom is beautiful but the set up means you can see the person in the toilet and the shower water was sort of everywhere.

Great location in Old Town. Walk to everything including train. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Great bar on roof!
