The cleanliness is overall decent as i believe they have a very lazy supervisor, otherwise it would be better In house room service is run by a military catering staff…you ask for anything..either it is not available or they just don’t feel like working for it…again room service pathetically lazy people…they run by timings for tea also(you’ll not get tea if you wake up here at 12 in the morning) Staff is basically whoever wants a job…because the management doesn’t know and believe in hotel management degrees But end of the day the room which i paid for is cozy and good You can book here if you want no one to distrub you…as even the cleaning of the room has to be reminded at least 2 times…because they forget things.

Everything except the room

The bed was comfortable. There was a thermostat which was just fine.

Because of the people. The person who checked us in was very rude . He lacked basic courtesy and manners.

The room had cockrach and room washroom dirty and wall had leakage

Nothing I like and hate the place and staff really idiot
