It was not a good experience. -The bathroom was overflowing. - There were so many cockroaches small and tiny ones too - all over the place. - The booking amount had breakfast included in the price but once I reached there I was told there is no in house restaurant so they cannot provide breakfast. I'm still following up with booking.com for the refund of extra amount paid for breakfast. The size of the room was big and that was the only okay thing about this place. - There were no complimentary water/tea/coffee sachets or even a kettle to begin with. Everything was to be paid for including a single bottle of water. - The wifi connection was bad and patchy. It only worked at one spot in the room. Even mobile network/data was patchy here inside the property. Will not recommend. Never booking them again. I guess this place is what most OYOs are for IYKYK.

The check in and checkout process here was very smooth and quick. within no time i was in my room and comfort zone. I really liked this part of my stay here.
