I love the place and the location

What I ddnt like that they accused me of drinking a water and using a toothbrush that is not complementary but I really swear I never used anything that I know it’s for free .., I just wanna say make sure u check or take a pic of everything specially the trash so you have proof if anything ..,, overall the place is nice and the location front beach is amazing ..,

Dyrt och börjar redan bli slitet och takpoolens öppettider som anges på väggen vid poolen stämmer inte. Det står öppnar 7på morgonen men personalen sa det öppnar 4 på eftermiddagen.

The pools and restaurant was nice.

Two of our four rooms had a lot of cockroach’s, after we where moved to a different room for the night in order for the staff to clean the rooms, we left our key with reception and our bags packed so they could move us back the next day but the handover from morning to afternoon shift wasn’t done and reception kept calling our room every 30 min in the afternoon asking us to move, and this meant my 95yo grandmother had no rest because of the constant harassment. After all this we never received an apology from the manager or any offer of compensation.
