Beach is decent

The room is infested with cockroaches. The surroundings of the hotel is noisy with dogs barking and karaoke until 1am from the neighborhood on a Monday night. Food for breakfast took an hour and the order was wrong. Receptionists could be a bit more welcoming/approachable.

The staff always very helpful. The food is good and the location is rite in the heart of everything.

The rooms where a little worn down, if the doors were renovated the rooms would be much more noise cancelled. Had to change rooms because of bugs, but it was no problem. The hotel was kids friendly, but as soon you stepped out the door, not a good place for kids. But that is not the hotel's fault

They put this silly sari sari store in your room and the you’re responsible for it ! They expect their guests to inventory it and be responsible! Not coming back !

Bett unbequem, Klimaanlage sehr laut, haben uns darüber beschwert und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dort war die Klimaanlage etwas leiser aber trotzdem zu laut. Preis Leistung passt nicht, aber es war immerhin sauber.

Breakfast was good and value for the money and the location was beautiful

More tables at the restaurant and a few more staff as service was a little slow

Modern hotel, good location, large room with SOME decent facilities - but almost cancelled out by the negative issues listed below.

Expensive mini-bar, average aircon, no fridge freezer - just a poorly functioning drinks chiller, no smart TV, a bath tub with a broken drainer - which had been patched (bodged) up and several noisy guests.
