"It’s was a good place, but needs major structural improvements."

It’s very central to Subic, Barretto SBMA. Making it easy to move around.

The rooms need updating and structure needs to be improve. It’s advertise as a luxury brand but it has major improvements to be done. Still a solid option.

The staff, the room is comfortable. But lack of facilities to roam around.

Can't comply with urgent needs, like there was a tune we need just OTC meds.the front desk reply you don't have, you have no event a small clinic for urgent care, other hotels have, no breakfast included for the accommodation,normally hotels have.
