Great location. Room is big and comfortable. staff are friendly.

Noise. Family room is right next to the cocktail bar (no beers). Music from the bar starts from 6pm to 1am. Day 1 we couldn’t sleep, day 2 we bought ear plugs but we can still hear the music. so day 3 we went to the bar 😂

Modern room with good air conditioning and a fan. Room was cleaned everyday and we were provided with fresh towels. Quiet location and is perfect for exploring Georgetown. We would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in a lot of plaza hotels during our stay in Georgetown, my last day was in the Carnarvon. I felt like home. Decoration was nice. Staff was so calm and warm. They were very helpful, I really like the atmosphere. I found my second home.

Location is amazing, walking distance to town, restaurants and street art. Room is nicely decorated and clean.

No tea or coffee in the room - no minibar as stated in description on booking.com. The staff were unfriendly and one was very rude. Was met with hostility when asking a simple question about tea and told there is a minibar in the building next door?
