In the middle of town easy to walk around to the tourist location

It was outside road construction

Good location and clean facilities

The shower bath was leaking and extremely inconvenient

1) Bathtub extra small!!! Can't stand inside the bathtub to shower. 2) Room facing main road is damn noisy until after midnight!!!

Clean and comfortable, had coffee available in the room and reception, easy to walk around the sights of old town Georgetown , lots of great food nearby morning and night.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable on one side for one of our party , and we had rooms facing outside with small terrace which was noisy some days as work was going on in the yard , it really nothing to complain about !

Room was small but functional. Good water pressure in the shower. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's in Chinatown, within walking distance from most attractions. It's also near the Komtar shopping/transport centre, where you can catch buses to other parts of the island.

There is no lift, and the stairs were quite steep. My partner's suitcase handle was broken, but the staff didn't offer to help us carry it. Even though the hotel seems quite large, the amenities are very basic. There is no laundry service, and the nearest self service launderette is a few minutes' walk away. There is also no cafe/restaurant or common area, although this isn't really a problem, because there are so many options close by.

Communication was great from the start and location of the place was good. Food easily found nearby with a variety of choices. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Hot water was never an issue when showering. My parents and I enjoyed our stay here and would book again when we're back in Penang. Keep up the good work!

Stairs was a little tough on elderly parents but that's not a big issue for me.
