Staff was amazing, very kind and accommodating and helpful. Location is great, close to old town and lots of shopping, and across the river is beautiful, quiet part of town with great restaurants. Great hotel, will come again.

Amazing experience!!! Michelle, a concierge (along w/her colleagues), provided exceptional advice (activities, restaurants, etc.) during our stay. The concierge team was also valued tremendously helping with Covid Testing, travel arrangements/planning, etc. Our next trip to Switzerland, will include a stay at the Schweizerhof Hotel. Thank you!!!!
