Central to everywhere we needed to go during our stay

The motel was "fit for purpose". Kitchen ...The fridge and microwave were clean. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The shower pressure was terrific. On the whole we were comfy but the whole motel needs some loving and money spent on it. We chose this motel because it was a good location for us and affordable being the summer holidays. The pool area looked in good health and was well appreciated by a family that was staying.

Kitchen facilities were poor ... 1 each of dinner plate and cereal plate, wine glass and water glass. 3 coffee cups. No tea towel or washing-up supplies. The bathroom was as clean as could be expected as the tiling and wall paneling were in poor condition. Poor ventilation in bathroom which smelt musty with only a small strip of wire mesh at the top of the window. The fan may have worked but was very dirty. No strainer for the bathroom sink so don't drop anything precious down it. No soap in the shower soap dispenser. Bath towels x 2 were thin and small but very soft. Table and 2 chairs, inside and outside, were very tired.

The aircon worked well.

Didn't feel clean. Werent given any toilet paper. Luckily had some of our own because by the time I realised... it was a bit late to ask.Whole building is very old and run down. Would expect more for the money/ or should be cheaper. We had to leave early because my daughter was sick. No offer of refund for unused day.
