Didn't know breakfast was available

Bathroom area looking very tired.

Close to Tuggerah sporting complex

We booked for 4 people and given 2 towels and asked for more after using pool and reception gave 1 extra towel from a storage room with hundreds of towels. Bathroom had dead bugs on the window seal.

Nothing very dissatisfied

The reception was dirty and if we were likely to lose our money would have walked out

I really liked the pool

When I arrived I realized my bed has been slept in so I asked them to put on new sheets which they didn't do we literally slept in the last people's sheets, I tried to talk to them but they didn't speak English and being lat Sunday night check in there was no one to speak to q

The pool and the location

Bathroom had mould on walls and in the shower. Tiles coming up in the shower

Nothing.

Motel is very old. Some attempt to renovate it. Unfinished. nothing matches. External front doors used internal. Mismatched crockery. Only one set for 2 people. 1 Chair. Received call from manager "why have you not checked out after 1 night" We had booked 2 nights. Had confirmation on my phone. He had someone booked into our room. Very disturbing. Allowed car to park outside our door all night.
