Location was excellent. Easy access walk from train. Staff great. Bed excellent. Aircon worked perfect in 30+ weather. Bed comfortable. Quite. Clean. Breakfast was great.

Gostei de tudo! A localização, a equipe, o conforto e a sofisticação do hotel. O tamanho do quarto é excelente e os funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Como o Dukes' Palace Residence fica separado do Hotel, acho que deveria ter funcionário na recepção para os hóspedes.

"Beautiful hotel, choose room wisely"

Great quiet location.

Stayed at the residences, and they were located on the street behind the hotel. No room service available for the residences. Had to walk around the hotel, and enter back through their lobby in order to use amenities or the restaurant. No back door, to those rooms… Very uncomfortable if carrying bags or with bad weather.

Υπήρχε ένας ενοχλητικος θόρυβος από μηχάνημα πού υπήρχε μέσα στην οροφή του μπάνιου. Ήρθαν από την reception το άκουσαν και επικοινώνησαν με τον συντηρητή ο οποίος απάντησε το γνωρίζω ότι υπάρχει και το βράδυ σταματά. Πράγματι 23.00 - 8.00 ο θόρυβος σταματούσε. Για ξενοδοχείο τέτοιου επιπέδου είναι απαράδεκτο
