They had closed the property and the reason mentioned was that it was raided.

They closed the property the day i booked and there was no confirmation call from them to cancel the booking

I had booked the room in prior, i got the booking number too. Reached the hotel by midnight (12:15AM) with my family in rain and the hotel manager was so careless to answer and asked me to question OYO for the reason. When i called up OYO they tried calling up the manager but he refused to pick the call in front of me. When i was standing at the reception a couple arrived to hotel for room and he allocated the room to them. Where he refused to give me as i came via OYO and the commission was less from OYO. Even OYO were not able to provide alternative. Very pathetic.

Rooms are big, clean, comfortable ,location is good

I booked via booking.com and the total cost was rs.995 however the hotel charged me rs 1140 when paid the amount while checking in

Overall service is excellent
