Location

Property maintenance was poor, Broken chairs, matters was poor quality, towel and bedsheets are not clean enough. Property manager asked extra money.

I just like the location of the property.

I didnot like the person you hired for your hotel and the receptionist was very bad and rude. Ask them to learn first how to speak and talk with the guest.

I had a horrendous experience with this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to give me a room, claiming my reservation was invalid. The receptionist was incredibly mean and mocked me when I asked where I could stay instead. Their attitude was absolutely unprofessional and made an already stressful situation even worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will be warning all my friends and family to stay far away. This hotel needs to seriously reconsider its customer service practices.

The location was good as there were a lot of shops and restaurants in the walking distance.

Rooms were quite old and need proper maintenance. There has to be a proper display board for the hotel as well which is missing causing confusion in navigating

Cleanliness

Staff are very rude. They always demand extra money. Particularly during night time, even booked they say at that price they can't give the room. Customer has to suffer a lot. You have to pay double the money.

Your room boys not supplied drinking water ,towels etc at the time of occupancy even they are not ready to purchase for us if paid also no hot water facilities, etc
